Bob is a highly experienced executive in the battery energy storage world and science and engineering communities. Bob was previously Chief Technology Officer of Contemporary Amperex Technology Company Limited (CATL), widely known as the largest lithium-ion battery manufacturer in the world. He serves on multiple Committees of Directors and Technical Advisory Boards.
Andrew was a Founder and Director of Innogence, a SAP Business Intelligence consultancy in Australia that was acquired by NTT Data. Andrew has supported and invested in GMG since 2017, remains a significant shareholder and supports the Company’s next stage of maturity. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Manufacturing Systems) and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Queensland University of Technology.
Craig Nicol has more than 20 years of experience delivering large scale innovation, including multi-billion-dollar gas and LNG value chains in Australia and Asia Pacific, and managing sales and marketing teams across Asia Pacific for Shell International. Craig has engineering and business marketing degrees from Queensland University of Technology, is a member of the AICD and is Chair of the Advanced Materials and Battery Council.
Jack Perkowski founded ASIMCO Technologies in 1994, and from 1994 to 2008, served as Chairman and CEO. Under his leadership, ASIMCO became one of China’s most important automotive components manufacturers. Before moving to China, Jack worked for twenty years on Wall Street, including as head of Investment Banking at Paine Webber. He later founded JFP Holdings, a merchant banking firm focused on China.
Josh has over 30 years of commercial and financial leadership experience, including General Manager Commercial for Arrow Energy, where he led corporate strategy and major energy deals. He previously worked at Tarong Energy, Santos, Amcor and KPMG. Josh is a Chartered Accountant, has an MBA from Queensland University of Technology, a Bachelor of Business from the University of Tasmania and is a Graduate of the AICD.
